Huron Perth, ON – The COVID-19 Omicron wave continues to move through Huron Perth, along with the rest of Ontario. The number of new infections, percent positivity of tests, hospitalizations, and outbreaks are declining. The return to in-person learning on January 17 and the lifting of some restrictions on January 31 and February 17 has so far not led to a significant rebound in new cases.

Huron Perth, ON – Due to inclement weather forecasted, Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is cancelling the COVID-19 vaccination clinic today, Thursday, February 17, 2022, at:
- Stratford: Rotary Complex
Anyone who had an appointment at this clinic can rebook an appointment or walk in to another clinic.
The following HPPH clinics are scheduled for the upcoming week.

- As per provincial direction, Huron Perth Public Health continues to focus COVID-19 case investigation efforts on highest-risk settings, including long-term care and retirement homes, hospitals, and some congregate living settings.
- This means that the number of people in Huron Perth who actually have COVID-19 is much higher than what we are reporting.
