Vaccine Requirements

The Immunization of School Pupils Act and the Child Care and Early Years Act (section 35) require all children attending school or a licensed childcare in Ontario to receive certain vaccines.

Make sure that your child gets all necessary vaccinations and report each immunization to Huron Perth Public Health. Remember that an out-of-date immunization record could result in your child's suspension from school.

Required vaccines

All required vaccinations are free and are included in Ontario's routine immunization schedule.
