Vaping
Vaping is the inhaling and exhaling of the aerosol produced by a vapour product. These are more commonly referred to as e-cigarettes.
What are the health risks?
Vaping can increase your exposure to chemicals that could harm your health (such as causing lung damage). Vaping could also expose you to nicotine, which is addictive.
Where is vaping allowed?
The Smoke-Free Ontario Act outlines where you can and can't smoke or vape in Ontario. Vaping is prohibited in all areas where smoking tobacco and cannabis is prohibited. Check your local municipal bylaws to see if there are any additional smoking or vaping regulations in your community.
