Early Identification and Intervention (“No Wrong Door”)

Huron Perth Public Health is a proud partner of Kids First Huron Perth, a network of local agencies committed to healthy child development, early identification, intervention and more.

To help with early identification and intervention, Kids First Huron Perth has implemented a No Wrong Door approach. In a No Wrong Door approach, the service first interacting with a family can make referrals or connect the family quickly to a broad range of other services.

Review York Region's Red Flags guide to learn more about early identification and intervention when a child could be at risk of not meeting their expected health outcomes or developmental milestones.
