COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccination Update

Huron Perth Public Health will not be holding COVID-19 or influenza clinics this fall for the general public. To receive the COVID-19 or influenza vaccine, contact your local pharmacy or healthcare provider.
Influenza vaccine will be arriving at pharmacies and to primary care providers in early October, at which time, individuals identified as high risk will be eligible to receive the influenza vaccine.

The general population can expect to receive influenza and COVID-19 vaccines late October.  

In November, HPPH will be holding COVID-19 clinics for children (11 years and younger). Appointments will be required and can be made online starting mid-October at www.ontario.ca/book-vaccine.

COVID-19 vaccine clinics cancelled due to inclement weather - February 3

Huron Perth, ON – Due to inclement weather, Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is cancelling the following COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Friday, February 3, 2023:

  • HPPH Clinton Office | 77722B London Road, Clinton  

Anyone who had an appointment at these clinics will need to rebook.  HPPH will not contact individuals to reschedule appointments.

Appointments can be rebooked:

  • Online at https://covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine/
  • By calling the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre (PVCC) at 1-833-943-3900, or
  • By calling the HPPH booking line at 1-833-753-2098 (open Monday-Friday 9 am to 3:30 pm)

There are also walk-in opportunities. A list of upcoming clinics is available at www.hpph.ca/getvaccinated.

Should HPPH cancel other COVID-19 vaccination clinics due to bad weather, we will announce this publicly. Please check the HPPH website at www.hpph.ca/getvaccinated, Facebook, Twitter, or local media for news of clinic cancellation.
