The Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) Listowel site, currently at 161 Inkerman St., W., will move to 185 Inkerman St., E. on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
As of March 13, 2026, COVID-19 enhanced vaccine certificates are no longer available for printing or download.
Starting in fall 2026, COVID-19 vaccine records will be available again for viewing or download through the health unit’s Immunization Connect Ontario (ICON) portal or by contacting us.
Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is looking for a dog involved in an incident in Stratford on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at approximately 4:30 p.m. The incident took place at the Stratford Education Recreation Complex (SERC) on Forman Ave., where the presumed owner was headed in the direction of the YMCA Child Care Centre building on Oakdale Ave.
