- As of Wednesday, December 22, Huron Perth has a cumulative total of 2,869 confirmed COVID-19 cases since the beginning of the pandemic. There are currently 119 active cases.
- HPPH has received confirmation of two Omicron cases. There are currently 16 persons under investigation for Omicron and we expect this number to continue rising.
- The number of deaths remains unchanged at 70.
- There are currently six people in hospital due to COVID-19.

Huron Perth, ON – The Omicron variant of COVID-19 is spreading rapidly across the region; Huron-Perth residents are advised to take action now to protect themselves and their loved ones as much as possible.

Huron Perth, ON – The Ontario GO-VAXX mobile clinic bus will be heading to Listowel next week to provide first, second, and booster doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, as well as the paediatric Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children aged five to 11. Huron Perth, ON – Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) has been advised of a person under investigation (PUI) for the Omicron variant of COVID-19 in Huron Perth. This case investigation also involves community exposures on Saturday, Dec. 4 in two locations in Huron County.
