Emergency Response Plans
On January 1, 2020, the Perth District Health Unit and Huron County Health Unit merged to become Huron Perth Public Health. We are currently in the process of combining our emergency response and health response plans. In the event of an emergency, we are following the below response plans:
- Huron County Health Unit Disease Threat Response Plan, 2017 [PDF, 19 pages]
- Huron County Health Unit Emergency Plan, 2018 [PDF, 77 pages]
- Perth County Human Health Outbreak Response Plan [PDF, 25 pages]
- Perth District Health Unit Emergency Response Plan, 2019 [PDF, 30 pages]
The response plans also contain annexes and appendices, which are available upon request.
